Description
These letter–of-the-week activities will help with your students’ letter identification; letter sounds and handwriting. This resource contains three activities: An alphabet booklet, a handwriting page, an alphabet letter cut-and-glue activity (to use with the uppercase letter provided), and a lowercase letter for a craft (NOT INCLUDED). To assemble the booklet: Print, copy pages back-to-back, cut in half, and staple! The alphabet cut-and-glue activity can be glued in an interactive journal; or, all the letters can be collected and hung on a clothesline or displayed on a bulletin board. The above picture shows a craft IDEA for the lowercase letter.
This activity can be used for individual work, small group, homework and more! This resource was designed with kindergarten students in mind, but can be adapted for other grade levels as well.
